Being a British Cycling Coach based in Italy you get to travel around a lot. Sure I get to ride my bike and ride with athletes but trying to run a business when you are hurtling down the motorway to a training camp that perhaps is in the mountains and has dodgy wifi makes life a bit more challenging.
Entrusting someone to look after your social media, e-mail and phone calls is a big call, especially when you are dealing with demanding athletes that want instant answers or at least a friendly face on the other side of a phone call.
Letting Kudos PA look after my business when I need an extra pair of hands was the best decision i ever made. They were patient and listened to my needs and took things in hand leaving me to get on with what I love - coaching athletes !!!
